I Melograni del Chianti farm holiday residence is located in the Tuscan hills, in the small medieval town of Talciona, a perfect barycentre in between the biggest cities of art in Tuscany: Florence, Siena, Volterra and San Gimignano.
Our residence has seven apartments that have been luxuriously restored and furnished by the new management, who have created highly pleasurable accommodation that is intimate, but at the same time has a lived-in feel. You can enjoy a breathtaking view from any of the apartments: the mellow profile of the Tuscan hills covered in olive groves and vineyards, and an alternation of woods and small towns that reminds us of the area’s origins and gives a picture of tranquillity and peace which has mostly been forgotten.
In the immediate vicinity, the splendid Romanesque church of Santa Maria in Talciona, which was built in the XI century, as well as the Strozzavolpe castle, which you can clearly see was built in the Middle Ages, complete the landscape and are endearing places to visit during your walks in the vicinity of our farm holiday residence.

30% of the total amount is due at time of reservation.
The remaining amount is to be paid 30 days before arrival.
Cancellation Policy
All paid prepayments are non-refundable.

No security deposit is due.

- The tourist tax is not included in the price. EUR 2 per person / max 5 days. (Children under 12 years old are excluded)
Services included:
Water, electricity, sheets and towels, use of barbecue, final cleaning, swimming pool, wireless internet connection, parking, cot and high chair (to be requested at the time of booking), VAT 10%.
Services not included:
- Heating (on request): Euro 10 per day
- Extra cleaning (on request at 25.00 Euro per person);
- extra bed linen and towels (on request) Euro 8.00 per person;
- Animals at 5 Euro per day.
